Accounting & Compliance Coordination

A Thai limited company’s compliance obligations don’t pause after registration — audited accounts, tax filings, and statutory meetings recur every year on fixed deadlines, regardless of how active the business is. For international companies without a Thailand-based finance team, missing one of these deadlines is easy and the penalties compound quickly. We coordinate the full cycle so nothing falls through the cracks.

What’s included

  • Annual audit coordination
  • CIT and VAT filing management
  • Social security registration and monthly filings
  • Statutory shareholder meetings
  • Withholding tax coordination
  • Auditor and bookkeeper liaison

What this service is — and isn’t

This is coordination, not bookkeeping. We work alongside your appointed accountant and auditor as the single point of accountability, making sure filings happen on time, documentation reaches the right people, and nothing is missed across the annual cycle. We do not offer low-margin standalone monthly bookkeeping as a stand-alone service — it’s offered as part of a broader client relationship.

The recurring annual cycle

Monthly VAT returns (by the 15th if VAT-registered), monthly withholding tax filings, monthly social security contributions, annual financial statement preparation and audit, annual corporate income tax filing (150 days after fiscal year-end), and an annual shareholder meeting within four months of fiscal year-end. Each has a fixed statutory deadline and a real penalty for missing it.

Why foreign-owned companies get this wrong

Most foreign directors assume their local accountant is managing the full picture — but accountants typically handle bookkeeping and filings, not deadline tracking, document gathering from overseas shareholders, or coordination between the auditor and the DBD. We sit in that gap, so you have one person accountable for the whole cycle rather than three vendors each assuming someone else has it covered.

What we need from you

Timely bank statements, sales and expense documentation, and shareholder availability for annual meeting sign-off. We handle everything else — chasing the auditor, preparing meeting minutes, filing with the Revenue Department, and confirming submission receipts land in your inbox.

Common questions

Is this the same as bookkeeping?
No. This is coordination, not standalone bookkeeping. We work with your appointed accountant and auditor as the single point of accountability for the annual cycle.
What happens if we’re dormant with no revenue?
Obligations still recur u2014 audit, corporate income tax, and statutory meetings u2014 even with no activity. Missing those deadlines still attracts penalties. We keep the dormant cycle on the calendar.
Do you offer this as a standalone service?
Not as low-margin standalone bookkeeping. Accounting and compliance coordination is offered as part of a broader client relationship.
